Where's My Ride?

Our pledge manager,  BackerKit, is going live today! This will be  where you will fill in your mailing information, pay for shipping, VAT and add-ons. Today we are going to go over everything you need to know about BackerKit.

For those of you who may not know, BackerKit is a tool used by backers to adjust their pledge details. The process is pretty straightforward:

• You will receive an email from BackerKit (you may want to whitelist backerkit.com).
• A link in that email will send you to your BackerKit profile for Where's My Ride.
• From there you can upgrade your pledge level, pay for shipping, pay for taxes and add optional add-ons to your rewards.
• You will also be asked to provide your mailing address (which you can change at any time until we lock down addresses for shipping).

The emails from BackerKit will roll out over the next few days. BackerKit has a creator-side feature called the Smoke Test, where a random percentage of backers are sent their invite emails first, letting us and  BackerKit troubleshoot any problems before the remaining folks log in to the pledge manager. Basically, we get to run a little quality assurance before the flood gates open.

If you have not received an email from BackerKit by Thursday, Jan 12, please send email to [email protected] so that we can help you out!

When you log in to BackerKit, you will be asked a few pledge questions, then you will see your "cart". The initial contents of your cart will be whatever you pledged for in Kickstarter.

You will be able to order add-ons and pay for them, as well as shipping and taxes, via credit card. Like with Kickstarter itself,  BackerKit does not charge your credit card until we lock orders down later in the process. (We don't know exactly when that lockdown date will be yet, but it will likely be sometime in April or May.)

So, to recap:

• You'll be getting an email from BackerKit soon.
• If you don't receive such an email by Thursday, Jan 12, please  contact [email protected]. (Don't post here, we'll just tell you to email support!)
• When you get the email, follow the link to answer pledge questions, pay for shipping and taxes, and provide your address.
• Your credit card won't be charged until later.

Greetings Riders!

With one day left to go we have nearly completed our trip. If you don’t want to get left behind make sure you catch your ride before the campaign ends Thursday at 5PM Pacific!

We had a blast playing the game with you and showing it off at PAX Unplugged last week, and hope that you will join us on Twitch to celebrate the end of the campaign. We’ll play and talk about the game, share some details about what to expect after funding ends, and just have a good time with you all! Join us Thursday at 4PM Pacific as we count down the end of the campaign!

With your support we are making a brand new game. As we discussed in our previous update, we have a bunch of fun events coming up! You can join us on Twitch Thursday Dec 1st at 4PM and play along with the rest of Chat trying to figure out where Sam is parked. Or you can meet with us at Booth #3147 and get a demo of the game at PAX Unplugged Dec 2nd-4th. If you can’t wait, you can also just download the game for Tabletop Simulator from the Steam Workshop and play a game over our Community Discord.

We hope you all are enjoying your holiday weekend (or just the normal weekend for our friends abroad). Thank you again for your support! We’ll see you soon.

Greetings Riders!

Today we are thankful for you and your support! Keeping things short for the holiday, lets dive into a couple of events we'll be holding next week.

Next week we’ll be in Philadelphia for PAX Unplugged, a great tabletop game show with a fantastic gaming library, workshops, tournaments and more. We’ll be in the Expo Hall at Booth #3147 showing off Where’s My Ride? as well as our other games. So if you are in the area, we’d love to show you the game!

If you aren’t in the Philly area we are also going to be inviting Twitch Chat to play Where's My Ride? with us! Join Sam on Dec. 1st at 4PM Pacific ready to try and decipher his emojis and catch that ride.
